Our founder, Dr. Grace Godfrey, holds a doctorate in social leadership and is an ordained minister, making her an agent of change. She has extensive hands-on experience caring for diverse groups facing the challenges of aging, injuries, disabilities, and special needs, making sure every person wears a smile on their face regardless of pain, frustration, and desperation. Our difference: Unlike most home care agencies, which are national franchises managed by businesspeople, Grace Senior Home Care has been locally and family-owned and operated since its inception. Dr. Godfrey created this company to fill a gap she observed between the healthcare industry and families, specifically in helping our community’s seniors age gracefully in place. She believed that by assembling a team of seasoned health and wellness experts, we could design programs that address the factors contributing to functional decline. We share this knowledge with our families, in-home caregivers, and the community at large.
